Check in process was easy and smooth. I got called to the back relatively quickly and greeted by Holden. Awesome nice guy he was educating me while doing my x rays and explained every step of my check up. 10/10 service!

I had a very pleasant experience at this Aspen dental. Raheem was very professional very nice and the dentist. She was very thorough in her explanations of everything. This is the first time I’ve been to a dentist in well over 30 years and at least it was a pleasant experience. Much of this first visit was covered by my insurance however, there will be procedures that will unfortunately cost out-of-pocket. I’m already scheduled for a couple of follow up appointments in the near future. I was very surprised I was able to get in on such a short notice here because of my work schedule. I would recommend this facility that was very good and the people all of them were very, very nice

I initially made an appointment because I was in pain and thought I had an emergency situation and needed a same day appointment. When I arrived, they were short staffed, harried and seemed to not know what was going on. I waited over 45 minutes late to my appointment time. The dentist hurried through my consultation and didn’t provide clear assessment. I was told I have several cavities, needed root canal. I got an uneasy feeling about the whole experience. Today, I had a visit with my new dentist who basically told me that I was being mislead by Aspen. I need NONE of the expensive procedures Aspen told me I needed or I would “lose my teeth!” I will never return and not recommend this place to anyone. It was unprofessional, unorganized and basically a racket to get people to spend unnecessary money. Many people fear dentists, this business only deepens that fear.

omgosh ,so far I've had excellent dental care The Team is so friendly & they made me feel like they really cared about my needs .When I asked Dr. if she was going to numb my gums before the injections & her response was "we got you" she was very reassuring. I believe Im in good hands ..Also after my impressions were done a nurse/ tech came & very gently washed my face & removed the "rubber" stuck to my face& neck. That was thoughtful. So far I've been so very pleased. Great job guys!!!!!

Had a terrible time with the female dentist there back in August. Took my 84 yr.old mother-in-law for tooth removal. Not only did we wait 40 minutes in a hot waiting room(84° according to wall thermostat) but dentist proceeded to start a check up & cleaning. When I questioned what she was doing, she was very rude & more or less told me to be quiet & she would explain. I was finally able to make her understand that we weren't there for a check up & she left the room. A few minutes later the tech came in & said someone made a mistake in appt. book & had her down for cleaning. So, would have to reschedule her appt. The dentist never did come back in & apologize. I made my husband take his mother to the rescheduled appt. We will never return there. Very unprofessional
